Description
Ananya has been described by a local newspaper as a “resort-like” house because of its unique open-brick architecture which combines elements of oriental style with modern amenities. Tastefully decorated, the house displays unique collection of painting and arts and crafts from many regions of the world. The house , with its extensive verandah and rooms all of which open out to a large and beautifully landscaped garden, offers residents a home stay in a peaceful and serene environment.
The 6000 sq.ft house offers three large bath-attached non-A/C rooms with good natural lighting and ventilation for home stay. Each room has a double-bed with two bed-side tables and bed-side lamps, a wardrobe with mirror, a writing table and chairs. Meals will be provided on request. Airport pick-up and drop services are provided gratis and arrangements can be made for a vehicle with a driver whenever required.
The house comes fully furnished with all modern amenities such as computer and broad-band as well as wireless access to the internet, TV, music system, washing machine, two fridges – one of which will be for the exclusive use of guests, mircowave, gas stove, crockery, glassware and all other utensils for guests’ cooking needs if required. Book-lovers will especially appreciate the well-stocked library with more than 1000 books of fiction and non-fiction in English.
The host are D.J . Ravindran and Mrs Ravindran who have worked with international organizations and have travelled extensively in various parts of the world.
