We have one room for our home stay guests. This is on the first floor (US second floor).

The room is an air-conditioned bedroom in our home. It is a well-lit, large, airy and tastefully decorated room with twin beds. Our guests have access to a wardrobe, study table & chair, sofa.

The Estate Bed and Breakfast is located in its annexe, across its lawn, both welcoming yet private.

The Estate has seven rooms: five rooms in the annexe with private balconies facing the lawn including a family suite. There are two rooms in the main house and one in The Estate extension. We also have a lounge, dining room and a sunny, terrace garden to soak it all in.

A vantage location: just 12 kilometers away from the international and domestic airports. The rooms are named after the trees and flowers found within the premises. Kachnar next to the lounge and dining area on the ground floor has a king-size bed. Nargis on the first floor too has a king-size bed. Within the Guldavari Suite on the first floor, are Champa and Chameli. Champa has twin beds and Chameli has a king-size double bed. On the second floor, adjoining the terrace garden is Raat-Ki-Raani with twin beds.

A home is only complete with home-made food.The breakfasts are wholesome: choice of cereals, fresh juice, fresh fruits, a variety of breads with conserves, a selection of cold-cuts, cheeses and eggs of choice. On requests and on weekends Indian preparations are served as well. Lunches and Dinners are home-style Indian cuisine. Orders for these should be placed in advance.

Your hosts are Mamta Sharma and her family: Mamta is a graduate from a Hospitality Management College. Their knowledge of the history and culture of the ancient city of Delhi (and of India) will prove useful for any visitor.
