As it is our intent to uphold the highest standards of accuracy, clarity and legality, we will contact you for clarification of any ad that compromises this intent. Check your ad and if you find an error, please report it immediately to us. We will make every effort to ensure your ad is correct, however, Bharat Homestay (www.bharathomestay.com) will not be held liable for any damages arising out of errors or omissions.

Please note, we do not assume responsibility for the products or services sold or offered. It is responsibility of individuals who posted the ad to reply to your message, and confirm the legitimacy. There are risks which you assume when dealing with people who might be acting under false pretenses; all of these risks are borne by You. We are a venue only and do not control the products or services offered to other Users, nor does bharathomestay.com control the users of our Homestay service.

We can not and do not control the behavior of the participants on this site. We can not control whether or not Users of our Homestay Classifieds will complete the transactions they describe on our site.

• Each individual user is responsible for their ads and its contents.
• We reserve the right to refuse any ad we feel not appropriate.
• We will not be held liable for any damages of any kind relating to any ad.
• We reserve the right to terminate any ad at any time for any reason, including if we learn that user has provided false or misleading information.
• We make no claim or representation regarding, and accept no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of web sites accessible by hyperlink from the site, or web sites linking to the site.

(i) Terms of Payment:

Unless specified, all accepted Release Orders would strictly be under payment in Advance. In case of International advertisers all payments would be in equivalent US dollars, made through bank transfers on finalization of the order.

At any point of time Bharathomestay, reserves the right to suspend insertions as per the estimate/ release order in the event of Advertiser/ Client failing to make timely payment of the bills. All Bills overdue for 30 days and above would attract interest at the rate of 2% per month.

(ii) Positioning:
Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Release Order, positioning of advertisements within the Bharathomestay’s website would be at the sole discretion of Bharathomestay.

(iii) Delivery Statistics:
Bharathomestay makes no guarantees with respect to delivery statistics or levels of impressions for any advertisement. Advertiser acknowledges the log file records provided by Bharathomestay as official, definitive measurements of Bharathomestay performance on ad impressions.

(iv) Renewal:
Any renewal of additional advertising shall be at the sole discretion of Bharathomestay, Pricing for any renewal period is subject to change by Bharathomestay, from time to time.

(v) Indemnification:
Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the Advertiser has the right to publish the contents of the advertisement without infringing the rights of any third part and without violating any law of the Land. The term “Land” herein refers to India. Advertiser agrees, at his own expense, to indemnify and defend Bharathomestay, and its employees against all expenses or losses that may occur in connection with any claims or criminal investigations arising out of advertisements, including any claim of trademark or copyright infringement, defamation, breach of confidentiality, privacy violation, false or deceptive advertising or sales practices.

(vi) Right to reject advertisement:
All contents of advertisements are subject to the approval of Bharathomestay. Bharathomestay reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, URL Link, or any other commitment, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including belief by Bharathomestay that placement of such advertisement may subject Bharathomestay, to criminal or civil liability.

(vii) Cancellations:
Advertisement order cannot be canceled by the advertiser. In case of postponement of on-going campaigns, specific request should come in writing from the client with a notice of 10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday BOTH).
